How do I log in to Egencia?
If you’re logging in to Egencia for the first time, enter your corporate email address and click on ‘Forgot username and/or password’. You will then receive an email with a link to reset your password.
If your company is using Single Sign-On (SSO), there are two options:
- You will be redirected to your company specific SSO login page, where you’ll need to enter your company’s SSO login credentials. This is typically your corporate username and/or email address and password.
- You will see another option on the login screen for SSO login in addition to your corporate email and password.
Still can’t log in?
It is possible that you do not have a user account created on Egencia. If so, contact your company’s travel administrator to confirm your profile has been created and to get the required guidance to login to Egencia.
If your company has enabled Single Sign-On (SSO), use the link provided by your company to access Egencia. If you do not have the link, check with your company's travel administrator for the link to access Egencia.
After failed log in attempts or when logging in from a new location, you could be sent a one-time code to access the site that’s valid for eight hours. This code will be sent to the email address registered in your Egencia profile. Contact your travel administrator if you are still unable to log in.
